Dr.
Louise Howell, Executive Director
Provides quality administrative management of the overall organization. Responsible
for the day-to-day administration of the various departmental activities and
direction of the regional program. Serves as staff liaison to the Board of Directors.
Represents the agency at community meetings. Assists the board in overall education
and community public relations.

Supervises all administrative services including all financial services,
medical records, data management, human resources, facilities and housing.

Sheila
Allen, Administrator, Executive Services
Facilitates new program development and match with funding sources, write
grants, direct agency compliance/risk management activities and resolve complaint,
legal issues and internal audits.

Sharon
Hendrickson, Associate Director of Assets
Directs the management of the Human Resources, Facilities, Housing and Transportation
Departments. Responsibilities include personnel management, regulatory and employment
law compliance, liaison to the Personnel Committee of the Board of Directors,
personnel policy maintenance and distribution, benefits negotiation and administration,
Wellness program development and administration. Serves as a point of contact
to all employees to resolve personnel issues.

David
Mathews, Ph.D., Director of Adult Services
Serves as program director or consultant on several projects for CSAT/HRSA/CMHS
and the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation. Provides training to community groups,
professional meetings, and the clinical staff in his programs to encourage
an integrated recovery oriented services environment. Holds certifications
in Psychiatric Rehabilitation and Mental Health Administration.

Brenda
Hughes, Director of Trauma Services
Provides leadership to the development of a "trauma informed agency
with trauma specific programs", with the goal to have all KRCC staff
understand what kinds of things can be traumatic, i.e. sexual assault, domestic
violence, natural disasters, accidents, and the impact traumatic events can
have on one's life. Supervises programs that specifically address these effects,
i.e. Project ADDVANCE and Rape Crisis. Provides clinical services, psychotherapy
and is also a licensed psychologist.

Charles
Boggs, Caney Creek Rehabilitation Complex Administrator
Licensed Nursing Home Administrator. MFA from the University of North Carolina
at Greensboro. Maintains the necessary standards for continued licensure
of the personal care home as amended. Ensures high standards of care for
residents. Supervises departmental staff and outside contractors, including
orienting, training, and evaluating performance. Participates in agency committees
and professional organizations. Member of the Design Team.

Robert
Jackson, MA., Area Director of Perry County
Licensed Psychological Associate. BA in Psychology from Pikeville College.
MA in Clinical Psychology from Morehead State University. Robert has 14 years
of experience as a clinician with children, adults, and families. 6 years
experience in Administration and Management in Outpatient and Long Term Personal
Care settings.

Kadish, LCSW., Area Director of Knott, Leslie and Letcher Counties
BA in Sociology from University of Maryland. MSW from University of Louisville.
30 years experience as a Clinician working with children, adults and families.

Hardin, Housing and Facilities Director
Oversees the facilities, housing and transportation departments. Also
oversees any construction projects that KRCC contracts.

White, Human Resources Coordinator
Responsible for supervision of HR department that includes oversight of personnel
issues as related to employment, personnel actions and staffing. Serves
as liaison between employees and management to address employee concerns. Ensures
compliance with state and federal labor laws.

Chad
Hostetler, Associate Director of Medical Records
Maintains compliance with Federal, State, and Agency policies, procedures,
and regulations as they pertain to KRCC’s clients’ medical records.
Conducts audits and reviews of medical records as directed. Provides training
of new KRCC employees for their involvement with medical records. Maintains
agency compliance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability
Act. Serves on various committees and teams as needed.

Shuhaiber, Communications Coordinator
Coordinates internal and external communications and public relations for
the agency. Produce several publications and print materials including newsletters,
advertisements, press releases and newspaper articles. Member of the Design
Team: We design and produce brochures, posters, flyers, etc...for the agency.
