Our Services

There are two primary ways
to navigate our system of care:

Crisis Care

If you are experiencing an emergency, you can access our 24-hour Crisis/Information Line to get immediate care, or our 24-hour sexual assault response line.

Substance Abuse &
Mental Health Care

In non-crisis situations, the best way to access our professional services is by contacting the Outpatient Clinics in your County. We provide individual, group, family therapy and medication management services through licensed or credentialed professionals. Referrals and support through other agencies will be made as needed. Contacting the Outpatient Clinic in your county is the first step toward finding the care you need.

How to Make a Referral

Schedule An Appointment
If you are not in a crisis situation and simply need to schedule an appointment to see one of our clinicians, you should contact the KRCC Outpatient Clinic in your county.

When calling to make an appointment, please be prepared to provide this information:
-Name and address
-Social Security Number
-Date of Birth
-Phone Number
-Reason for the appointment

The same information is required if you are calling to schedule an appointment on behalf of someone else.

Open Access

Open Access - The KRCC Open Access system allows clients to determine when and where they would like to receive their initial service visit with a Behavioral Health clinician. Clients may walk-in to any of our outpatient offices for assistance or schedule an appointment on a day and time that is convenient for them.
