The Solution

Welcome to The Sapling Centers - safe, welcoming, and inclusive drop-in centers designed just for you. With us, you can be yourself and spend time with other teens between the ages of 14 and 25. We're determined to brighten up your day and support you in every way we can.

Our goal is to give you the tools you need to improve your situation and to feel part of a supportive community where you can ignite your passions and set achievable goals. We provide completely free, personalized services and programs, such as individual counseling, group therapy, life skills training, youth groups, fun activities, and educational workshops that cover everything from cooking and career development, all the way to personal finance and health.

No matter what your story is, or what your previous experience with mental health services may be, we'll be here for you with open doors, ready to help you thrive and develop your strengths. Join us today and become the best version of yourself!

  • Individual Counseling – Whether you’re dealing with anxiety and depression, bullying, learning disabilities, or just going through a hard time, we encourage you to seek mental health services through our peer support specialists and case management staff when appropriate.

  • Group Therapy – Weekly groups focus on drug and alcohol abuse, trauma, behavioral issues, violence prevention, pregnancy prevention, homelessness, and other topics.

  • Life Skills Training – Special classes and workshops involve navigating housing services, job readiness, tutoring, cooking, proper hygiene, and more.

  • Youth Groups – Weekly group sessions are offered on various topics, including LGBTQ issues, parenting, relationships, and more as needed.

  • Arts & Crafts – From writing workshops and watching movies to yoga class and painting, we offer a variety of activities to nurture your individual talents and interests.
