Michelle P. Waiver

Kentucky River Community Care (KRCC) is committed to helping individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities live as independently as possible. We are proud to offer the Michelle P. Waiver (MPW), which is part of Kentucky's 1915(c) HCBS Medicaid waiver program.

The MPW provides much-needed assistance to individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities in Kentucky, allowing them to live in the community with the support they need. This waiver offers various services, including case management, personal care, respite care, and much more. By providing these services, we help our clients to achieve their full potential and live fulfilling lives.

The services provided through the MPW are tailored to meet the individual needs of each client. We understand that each person is unique, and we work with our clients to create a care plan that addresses their specific needs. Our team of trained professionals is committed to providing high-quality care and support to our clients, ensuring that they are able to live as independently as possible.

It provides adult day training, attendant care, community living supports, homemaker, personal care, respite and supported employment for persons with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities.
